Sorry I’ve been MIA lately. I came online just because I gotta check my emails.

I’m SO nervous with finals are in a FEW days and I don’t know why I kept on thinking that Stats is the second paper when it’s RM. I hope I don’t screw RM because I seriously don’t want to fail!

I am so scared for Stats too, because I tend to calculate everything so fast and then need to go back and recheck if the answer I got is too WEIRD or insignificant. ARGH. And just ONE number can make ALL the difference!

I got shizz for my Stats Theory assessment because instead of multiplying XY, I added them both. HOW CAN I MAKE SUCH MISTAKE?!

Nigel & David was laughing at me the whole time and every time we were suppose to do calculations, they will be like “Multiply ah, not plus”.

LOL.

ARGH seriously I can’t afford such careless mistakes!

Anyway, on a lighter note, I passed my IP quiz! Only 4 of us passed and our marks were just BARELY above the passing mark. Honestly, it was so shizzy and I got a mere 19/40 for my essay. Of 2 pages. But it was filled with crap, so 19 is good.

Viggy, of course, beat me by one mark and got highest while I was a mark above Micheal. We don’t know who the fourth one is but he/she is good :)

Even though we barely got half of the total marks, but I HOPE that it helps in the coursework and finals. This is the subject that I really really really am scared of failing, I’d probably have a mental breakdown because then I can’t continue with my studies.

SCARY LAH.

Frrh is coming over tomorrow to study and sleepover, which I hope we won’t be sleeping but studying IP or RM ot Stats or even English.

English is quite difficult here. Compared to UTP, it’s… a killer.

I better stop blogging now or else I’d get all paranoid (but I’m not schizo!) and then everyone will want to slap me.

I said I want to post daily picture posts but I think it can’t be done that well because I’m never online but I am still alive.

Hello all!

I am suppose to study now and complete my (hopefully) last IP assignment but I’m sneaking to blog.

Heh heh.

I’m blogging from my laptop now so I feel much happier because I’ve always loved the sound and feel of my fingers on the keypad. It bounces.

I was home alone today because I wanted to study at least IP and RM. Bee called and we chatted till my phone died.. again. It’s like a ritual, my phone dies every time we talk on the phone, then I’d run to get my charger and a few seconds later, Bee will call again.

I can’t wait for her to come home! I’ve only a month of holiday (which is so measly) so I wanna use it to the fullest! I wish Chiew Yi would come home too because I miss her SO MUCH.

Anyway, I’m in such a great mood right now. I’ve been awesome these few days because I got to have more ‘me’ time. I played ‘Sundial Dreams’ (by Kevin Kern) on the piano just now and I’m typing away, listening to the ‘Bond’ CD I borrowed from Nigel.

Classical music rocks!

As promised, I will type some snippets now so that I won’t feel a burning urge to blog during exam week. But I’ll definitely update with a picture post so that it’s not as dead as last time.

The Lecturer (TL) : (looks around) Why is everyone having Starbucks (referring to front row)? If you guys are going to Starbucks, I want the CHOPS!

(Talking about coffee addiction)

TL : I woke up one day without the need for coffee. I was so happy I decided to treat myself. I bought myself a cup of coffee.

TL : Did you guys see the new exam timetable? There have been some changes.

Archshanaa : Postponed ah?

TL : (Pause) Please, don’t hope for the impossible.

TL : Today, we’re learning about Abnormal Psychology. The reason why you’re all in this course.

Beginning of IP :

(We had an in-group theme day, it’s only for a few people in Group 1, so the rest of us didn’t know about it)

TL : (Taking attendance) Shahiraaaaah…

ChiRa : (raises hand)

TL : Shahirah! Where is your pink soft toy?

C : Uhhhh…

Ian : She IS the pink soft toy!

(Talking about statistical definition of abnormality)

TL : A tiger is normally orange with black stripes. If you see a white tiger, it isn’t normal but it’s special. But if you see a pink elephant… Then, you’re probably dreaming.

(Talking about stress)

TL : If you’re in a jam, you can change your perception and go, “Oh it’s jammed. Hey, I have more time to myself.” It’s not like someone’s going to knock on the door and say, “Hey! Let’s have a conversation!”

During IP’s 5 minute break :

TL : (To Ayesha) You actually went to get another coffee from San Francisco and you didn’t even ask?

Ayesha : You said you didn’t want any!

TL : Doctors are not trained to become psychologists. Psychologists are trained to be psychologists. (Pause) That’s my most intelligent sentence for today.

Chi : (To Frrh) Aku jealous lah tengok dia belajar. (To Viggy) Hai kawan kita!

Vig : I am NOT roti canai!

F & C : HAAAAAAAAAH???!!
Vig : (Starts talking about a roti canai brand called Kawan Kita)

As you can see, most are from IP class. That’s because I actually take out a piece of paper and write all the funny and memorable ones. The rest are from memory, which is a little screwed up these days.

Sorry I’ve been MIA lately. Finals are creeping up very soon and I’ve been studying very scarcely so I have to BUCK UP CHIRA YOU HAVE TO FOCUS.

Okay sidetracked.
