Hot Milo From A Vending Machine
Posted on: November 16, 2009
(After coming back home at 745pm, I was so excited to eat dinner. My mum sat next to me to listen to my day)
ChiRa : (excited) Mummy, today I bought my first vending machine hot Milo! (gestures a cup shape)
Mum : Oh really? Was it like a 3 in 1?
ChiRa : I don’t know but it was really nice! You had to put the coins in – 80 sen and then you press the button and then the cup pops down and then the Milo is filled! And it was so hot! I bought the hot one because it was so cold today and did you know that if you put a one Ringgit note, they will give you back change??
Mum : OOOOOH.
ChiRa : I was SO excited, I went round telling everyone I bought my first vending machine drink!
~
Okay okay. I know I am SO EXTREMELY jakun but WHAT THE HELL! I officially am not a vending machine hot Milo virgin anymore!
WOOT!
xoxo,
ChiRa

Hey you people! I’m so sorry I’m very inconsistent with my blogging! I’ve been very busy for the whole week! The only day of ‘rest’ I had was.. yesterday (Sunday because technically today is Monday).
It’s 103am and I’m not asleep.
I was just chatting with Frrh and she was telling me to go to sleep but for some unknown reason, I just couldn’t sleep these days. Maybe because I think too much. No, I’m serious. I love staring into the ceiling and reflect on my life.
Sigh.
And the only way to put me to sleep is playing ‘Friends’ on my phone so that their talking will lull me to sleep. Works like a charm.

Last Friday, we had a talk about Autism in the afternoon. It was really interesting because the speaker not only delivered her talk in a very awesome way but she also had videos to show us examples for clearer understanding.
From that day onwards, we started to identify ‘autismness’ in us whenever we do anything ‘odd’ and that is wrong people!
And since I’ve been so sleep-deprived these few days, I’ve been so cranky and unreasonably hyper and just plain weird. I even scared myself and I think I treated someone really badly this week.
I feel so guilty about it. But this phase do come once in a while and it doesn’t really last long so I hope that I return to my ‘normal’ self soon! Or I’ll be losing a very precious friend.
GAH. I’m BIPOLAR lah I THINK I REALLY AM.

On Saturday, we had a Crime Prevention Workshop from 830AM and we finished at 5PM. Long right?
Yes, it is.
Anyway, it was not bad at all. Of course some of the talks were super boring but the interaction level was high. And thanks to Ian being Ian, we had more of ‘The Ian Questions You’ during the weekend too. Interesting, nonetheless.
We had an activity before lunch which was coming up with something like a poster that portrays what do you think peace is and my really cool group comprised of Hafsha, Joyce, and Nursing students – Farah, Ain [I think] & Ivy.
I didn’t even know that we had Nursing courses here. :P
So hyper us came up with the idea of drawing a circle of people holding hands across our combined 6 art block papers and then draw individual interpretations of peace.
Pictures are not mine. Credits entirely to Pamela Ong.

Far left, second from top is Diyanah’s. I thought they were bubbles at first. Then she started drawing the bodies. And then it looked like something out of Spongebob-ish spectators :D
Far right, second from top is Vignesh’s. It has a kinda sad story behind it and the whole room was quiet when she presented hers. Like totally. totally. quiet.

Nice right the puzzle earth? Creative!
Middle row, third from top is Joyce’s. It’s a picture of MJ on the stage and she wrote a message to MJ :)
First on the far left is Hafsha’s. She drew a Muslim with a mosque, Hindu & Budhist with their temples and a Christian with a church.
Middle, second from top is Ain’s.
Middle, last picture is Ivy’s. Joyce wrote the quote ‘Make LOVE, not WAR’ on her paper because it was the center of our circle and it sparked a whole lot of ‘controversy’.
LOL!

(Refer to bottom ‘drawing’)
Frrh : (points) And this is Ian’s.
ChiRa : HUH? Why is it blank? He had no time to draw, is it?
Frrh : NO lah! He said there’s no such thing as a peaceful place so he didn’t draw anything.
ChiRa : HAHAHAHA. (YES I know it’s wrong to laugh but I couldn’t help it because it was so funny)

Spotted mine?
;)
The one above mine (which I’ll tell you next time when I transfer the picture from my phone to my lappie) is Nadya’s. In 20 MEASLY minutes, she can produce a masterpiece.
If I’m not mistaken, far right, last picture is Farah’s. She wrote a nice quote from Bonita. And she was also wearing this gorgeous purple necklace from Bonita.

The far right, third from first is Frrh’s.

…

That’s all for the drawings. There are more though. You can’t see the nice ‘circle’ my group did because they pasted our drawings separately. DUSH dush. But if you look closely enough in our individual pictures, you can see our stick figures with LONG hands holding half a heart each.

I need to sleep now. Or else I will die faster and then I can’t enjoy a one night stand in Vegas.
I’M ONLY KIDDING LAH.
Shit now I’m going mad with nonsense thoughts.

HAHA. Cute right?
But seriously if that happens to me.. Well I know it won’t la.
Because my cake will be prettier and sprinkled with gold dust and is like 8-tiered or something.
And definitely WILL have something pink on in.
And bejeweled.
And has fresh flowers.
And shaped like a tiara.
And
Okay I really have to LOG OFF THE INTERNET or I will not stop polluting peoples’ minds with stupid random ideas.
I feel like eating cake.
Stay sane, please stay sane,
ChiRa
